Job summary

Qatar Airways Kuwait is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across Recruitment, Organizational Design, Retention, Reward, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. You will manage the HR team and coach line managers on HR policies and processes in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will drive the HR agenda across multiple markets, develop robust job descriptions, oversee recruitment approvals, and advise on performance, remuneration and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
• Minimum of five years in HR roles within an international company
• HR leadership experience with line manager coaching
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) essential

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy development and implementation across Recruitment, Organizational Design, Retention, Reward, Employee Relations and Engagement
• Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on HR policies and processes
• Manage HR agenda across multiple markets and travel as required
• Develop accurate job descriptions and oversee recruitment approvals
• Act as HR communications hub and ensure knowledge sharing within the team
• Support Change and Transformation programs with HR components
• Advise on performance management, disciplinary and absence processes
• Provide guidance on remuneration, promotions and transfers
• Deliver training and coaching on key HR and management skills
• Conduct HR best-practice research and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare data and reports to support commercial HR decisions
• Assist with HR correspondence and documentation
• Advise on employment legislation for the local market
• Ensure health and safety induction and ongoing compliance
