Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and land features.
• Prepare accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide technical support during construction.
• Utilize surveying equipment and software for precise measurements and data analysis.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve any surveying-related issues on-site.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in land surveying for construction or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and surveying software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
