Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience polishing precision industrial components.
• Experience polishing hydraulic rods, shafts, or valve parts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and surface finish quality required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect components for surface defects and ensure quality.
• Polish, buff, deburr, and finish parts with appropriate tools.
• Select abrasives and finishing sequences to meet specs.
• Maintain dimensions and sealing surfaces during polishing.
• Coordinate with machining and quality teams as needed.
