Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a Planner for a Kuwait project. You will participate in baseline schedules, update progress, and monitor KPIs in coordination with the Sr. Planner.

The ideal candidate holds a University degree in Engineering with 5 years of EPC experience and familiarity with Engineering & Procurement. Prior work with leading EPC contractors is preferred. Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and Revised Schedules with Sr. Planner.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and progress monitoring sheets for project phases and disciplines.
• Prepare and update Progress Performance Curves and KPIs in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Highlight deviations in the plan (out of sequence) and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with Sr. Planner to prepare weekly/monthly reports, budget prep and maintain planning records.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Planner to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in Kuwait.

What you will need to do:

• Participate in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepare the regular schedule updates, progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Prepare & Update periodically the “Progress Performance Curves” & “Key Performance Indicators” in coordination with the Sr. Planner to monitor the project performance.
• Highlight to the project management about any deviation in the plan -“out of sequence”- and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
• Liaise and assist the Sr. Planner in preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• University degree in Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC Projects is highly preferable. Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Capability to perform under stressful situations.
• Engineering, Procurement experience & Strong experience in Construction Phase
