Job summary

Anton is a globally leading integrated oil and gas value-added management service company. A Consultant - Petroleum Engineer will provide specialist advice on well testing, completion, stimulation, and production optimization for conventional and unconventional reservoirs.

The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, planning programs, analyzing data, and supporting LTT and artificial lift activities across onshore and offshore operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 21+ years of international upstream oil & gas experience.
• Extensive well testing, completion, stimulation, and production know-how.
• Experience with HPHT wells and offshore/onshore ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist petroleum engineering advice on well testing and completion.
• Coordinate with exploration, geoscience, drilling, and operations teams.
• Plan and optimize completion, testing, stimulation, and data programs.
• Develop and review workover programs for onshore/offshore wells.
• Analyze data and prepare comprehensive well testing and post-job reports.
• Support LTT, early production, monitoring, and artificial lift activities.
• Provide technical input for testing programs on oil, condensate, and gas.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and prepare presentations for management.
