Qualifications

• Experience handling/installing sanitary items is preferred.
• Ability to visit customers on-site and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act professional when visiting the customer on-site.
• Provide a professional QC report with recommendations.
• Where possible, fix the problem on-site to reduce complaint lead time.
• Complete customer visit and report within 48 hours of receipt of complaint.
