Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a Safety Supervisor (HSE Specialist I) for our Ahmadi project in Kuwait. The role focuses on implementing HSE policies, maintaining the HSE Management System and reporting to the KOC PMC HSEQ Manager.

As an on-site professional, you will review contractor safety programs, conduct safety talks, and drive risk reduction across construction activities in Oil & Gas. Diploma in Engineering or HSE required, with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or HSE related Diploma is required.
• Experience in HSE reporting procedures is required.
• Practical experience in identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement KOC PMC Safety policies and HSE Management System for the project.
• Ensure site compliance with relevant HSE legislation and KOC requirements.
• Review EPC contractor Safety Management System and advise on changes.
• Provide guidance to EPC contractor management to reduce risk to personnel and environment.
• Visit site regularly to ensure awareness of HSE is maintained and conduct safety talks.
