Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician for the On Sync Energy Management Services team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on online analyzers and laboratory equipment used in Oil & Gas and petrochemical facilities.

Responsibilities include installation, inspection, calibration, testing and repair of GC and other process analyzers, diagnosing faults, maintaining calibration records, managing calibration gases and consumables,

Qualifications

Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of different types of industrial analyzers.
Hands-on experience with online Gas Chromatographs (GC) and other process analyzers.
Knowledge of analyzer troubleshooting, calibration procedures, and maintenance practices in Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on online analyzers and laboratory equipment used in Oil & Gas and petrochemical facilities.
Install, inspect, calibrate, test, and repair various types of online analyzers, including Gas Chromatographs (GC), BS&W, salt-in-crude, oil-in-water, H2S, O2, hydrocarbon gas, moisture, color, and density analyzers.
Diagnose analyzer faults and troubleshoot associated instrumentation and equipment.
Maintain calibration records and ensure analyzers operate accurately and reliably.
Monitor and arrange timely requirements for calibration gases, carrier gases, and other analyzer consumables.
Maintain maintenance documentation and report equipment issues and completed activities to supervisors.
