Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking a skilled Handyman to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in multiple buildings. This contract role offers a monthly salary of $1300 with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

You will conduct regular maintenance checks, fix electrical/plumbing/HVAC issues, repair fixtures, and ensure safety standards across facilities. Strong English and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Repair or replace broken doors, windows, locks and fixtures.
• Paint walls, ceilings and surfaces as needed.
• Install new appliances or fixtures per instruction.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by tenants or management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular maintenance checks and repairs on electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
• Repairing or replacing broken equipment or fixtures such as doors windows locks etc
• Painting walls ceilings and other surfaces
• Installing new appliances or fixtures as needed
• Troubleshooting issues reported by tenants or management
• Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Good communication skills in English
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferences

• Nationality Pakistani but open to all nationalities
• Fluency in English spoken and written
• Prior experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East region
