Job summary

Namaa is seeking a facilities coordination professional to oversee day-to-day maintenance across Salmiya sites, routing requests, tracking work orders, and liaising with technicians, vendors, and operations teams.

You will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, monitor expenses, and balance fieldwork with office administration, ensuring high service levels and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work orders, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities and maintenance activities across Salmiya sites.
• Serve as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholder communications and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Track work orders, vendor follow-ups, and maintenance expenses; manage payment trackers and reports.
• Balance field-based site visits with office administration to maintain high service levels.
