Job summary

Agthia Group PJSC in Kuwait is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee Health, Safety and Environmental activities across multiple sites within the Water and Food Business Unit. You will ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international standards while providing operational direction and promoting a proactive safety culture.

The role leads risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, training, and HSE reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate HSE activities across multiple sites within the Water and Food Business Unit.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and international standards.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement site-specific HSE plans and risk management initiatives.
• Deliver HSE training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks to personnel.
• Monitor HSE performance and report on KPIs, trends, and corrective actions.
• Manage HSE technicians and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, HR and other departments.
