Job summary

Agthia Group PJSC in Kuwait is seeking a Quality Assurance & Food Safety Supervisor to oversee quality, food safety, and HSE activities at our manufacturing plant. You will ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 while driving continuous improvement.

You will supervise QA and HSE technicians, conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations, and work with production and supply chain to uphold high standards and strong food safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in food safety and quality in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, GMP) and hygiene.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and internal audits.
• Proven ability to lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and HSE activities across the manufacturing site.
• Conduct internal audits, GMP inspections, and food safety audits.
• Identify risks, non-conformities, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO standards.
• Maintain documentation and reports for quality and HSE KPIs.
