Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Technician (Mechanical) for our Sulaibiya Waste Water Treatment & Reclamation Plant in Kuwait. The role reports to the Field Engineer (Mechanical) and covers preventive and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment in a UF/RO facility, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The technician will execute scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and support ongoing improvements, while coordinating with Operations to minimize downtime and ensure plant

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate/ITI in mechanical trade or engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in mechanical maintenance, rotatory equipment in process industries.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in UF/RO plant.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Assist Field Engineer (Mechanical) with plant modification works.
• Maintain and organize tools; document maintenance activities in CMMS.
