• Prepare and manage event contracts, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
• Maintain clear and prompt client communication, addressing requests or changes.
• Provide administrative support, preparing reports and handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Collect client feedback to continually improve meeting and event services.
