Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait in Kuwait City is seeking a guest services associate to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will answer calls, manage reservations and guest inquiries with precision and courtesy, ensuring VIP guests receive personalized attention.

Responsibilities include handling emails, coordinating bookings, reporting daily results and supporting other departments to meet service standards. Fluent English and Arabic are essential, with prior luxury-hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Minimum of two years' experience in luxury five-star hotels.
• Ability to handle VIP and high-expectation guests.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries efficiently and route calls to proper extensions.
• Capture sales from incoming calls for room and restaurant reservations and coordinate details.
• Run daily reports for the department and operations.
• Manage reservations and guest communication email inboxes.
• Handle hotel chat messages, wake-up calls and faxes timely.
• Provide guests with clear information on room types, rates, availability and services.
• Ensure guest details and bookings are accurate.
• Handle guest complaints per Four Seasons policy.
• Assist other departments via HotSOS with guest requests.
• Offer visa assistance and airport Meet and Greet services.
• Contact guests for pre-arrival information and clarify preferences.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and maintain service standards.
• Assist with pre-arrival checks and VIP/return guest recognition.
• Install and repair hotel telephones.
