Four Seasons Kuwait seeks an experienced Head of Catering and Events to lead a profit- and service-driven department in a luxury hotel setting.

You will supervise senior managers and an administrative team, ensure accuracy in communications, and drive bookings, forecasting, and budget analysis to maximize revenue. A strong vendor coordination capability is essential for seamless operations.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Kuwait-based role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
• At least 1 year in an Assistant Director of Catering role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a profit and service driven Catering and Events Department.
• Supervise senior managers and administrative teams and ensure accuracy of written communications.
• Review booking conversions and allocate leads within the team.
• Provide forecasting/budgeting expertise to support monthly forecasts and P&L analysis.
• Develop and execute projects to generate demand and increase catering activity.
• Coordinate seamless operations between C&E team and vendor/supplier clients.
