Job summary

Marriott International's Courtyard hotel in Kuwait seeks an experienced kitchen leader to own daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure a high quality, safe menu. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED plus 4 years kitchen/food & beverage experience.
• Or: 2-year degree in Culinary Arts with 2 years kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with F&B policies.
• Estimate daily production needs and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Assist Executive Chef with operations and prep.
• Prepare and cook foods, including for special events.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
• Monitor quality of raw and cooked products.
