• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor training completed for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
• Currently working as Lead Auditor with an accredited certification body.
• 4–5 years of IMS lead auditor experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant industrial experience prior to auditing.
• Based in Kuwait with knowledge of local regulations.
• Valid driving license mandatory.

Your Tasks

• Plan, lead, and conduct external management system audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards, accreditation requirements, organizational procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct Integrated Management System (IMS) audits covering ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018, and other applicable management system standards.
• Lead audit teams and ensure audits are completed in accordance with approved audit plans, applicable audit criteria, and certification requirements.
• Deliver Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training for applicable management system standards.
• Complete audit documentation accurately and within the required timelines and upload all required records to the relevant portal for review and certification.
• Ensure timely issuance of audit plans, audit reports, action lists, and other required audit documentation to clients.
• Identify and communicate strengths, areas for improvement, and improvement opportunities while maintaining audit impartiality, integrity, and independence.
• Review management system documentation and audit files as a Technical Reviewer, where authorized.
• Train, mentor, and support new and trainee auditors throughout their qualification process.
• Monitor trainee auditors and provide feedback to support their auditor qualification and development.
• Maintain complete and accurate audit records and audit logs in line with qualification and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain the in-house rejection rate within the applicable global target of below 5%.
• Promote awareness of legal and regulatory compliance, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, customer satisfaction, business continuity, energy performance, and continual improvement, as applicable.
• Support lead generation activities for management system certification audits and training programs.
• Take responsibility for major projects as Project Manager and lead internal audits, external audits, and training assignments in accordance with contractual requirements.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline.
• Successfully completed Lead Auditor training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Currently working as a Lead Auditor with a reputable accredited certification body .
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of management system auditing experience, including demonstrated IMS Lead Auditor experience.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of management system auditing experience, including demonstrated IMS Lead Auditor experience.
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant industrial experience prior to moving into auditing, preferably within Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Construction, Engineering Services, or related industries.
• Currently based in Kuwait and familiar with applicable local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge of applicable Kuwait legal and regulatory requirements relevant to management system audits.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Lead Auditor qualification or certification in additional management system standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 55001, ISO 41001, or other relevant standards would be an advantage.
• Strong auditing and report‑writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of integrated management systems and certification audit requirements.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Kuwait legal and regulatory requirements relevant to audit activities.
• Ability to lead audit teams and manage complex audit assignments effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in audit documentation and reporting.
