Job summary

Egis Group in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design teams, deliver exceptional architectural solutions, and maintain design excellence across projects. You will be the primary design leader liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure precision and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience.
• At least 4 years as project architect or in a senior design leadership role.
• Experience managing architectural teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven expertise in design coordination and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience working in office environments as part of collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design teams across multiple ongoing projects.
• Evaluate client briefs, maintain design direction and project vision.
• Coordinate across Architecture, Landscape, 3D Visualization, MEP, and Interiors.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery within budgets.
• Mentor team members and foster collaborative, inclusive work environment.
