Job summary

One Cloud Kuwait is hiring a deeply hands-on Tech Lead to act as the Group CTO's on‑the‑ground partner for the One Cloud platform. This leader writes code, owns architecture, sits with clients, and decides what gets built first.

They will align with distributed teams across the region, drive technical agenda daily, and demo agentic development on the first call, while based in Kuwait with a transferable visa.

Qualifications

• Must still be coding today and review PRs.
• Led architecture of real systems with trade-offs.
• Has shipped a large-scale retail or fintech product.
• Delivered a product using an agentic development process.
• Has done product management and client interaction.
• Can negotiate scope and timelines with clients.
• Based in Kuwait with transferable visa

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for One Cloud on ground in Kuwait.
• Make architecture decisions with Group CTO as top authority.
• Prioritize build roadmap with CTO and business.
• Lead direct client conversations on scope and timelines.
• Maintain code quality and engineering standards across team
