You will join the Commercial team, move quickly, own your lead portfolio, and contribute to strategic initiatives while developing local market insights.

Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a proven sales background, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, preferably high-growth, with proven negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must for this role.
• Deep knowledge of the Kuwait restaurant landscape.
• Self-starter with drive to hit and exceed monthly targets independently.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage complex lead pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant Acquisition: prospect and pitch to new restaurants and help close deals.
• Pipeline Ownership: manage your lead portfolio and sales cycle for high conversion rates.
• Process Strategy: iterate inside sales workflows for speed and effectiveness.
• Commercial Initiatives: support field pitches, restaurant marketing rollouts, cross-functional projects.
• Market Insight: act as an expert on the local restaurant landscape and opportunities.
