Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success, consulting or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, including training/workshops.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot workshops to executives, end users and departments.
• Identify practical Copilot use cases for marketing, operations, HR and support.
• Map how customers work today and design Copilot-enabled processes.
• Train and support users to ensure genuine Copilot adoption.
• Guide customers through change management during adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
