Job summary

Gold Overseas Pvt. Ltd. in Kuwait seeks a Sr. Cleaning & Sanitation professional to maintain hygienic kitchen areas and support high-volume food service operations. You will clean cookware and surfaces, manage waste streams, and perform deep cleaning for ovens and grills.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior kitchen or hotel experience; a Food Handler/SafeServe certification is desirable or willingness to obtain it after hire.

Cleaning & Sanitation

Clean and sanitize all cookware, dishware, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils using manual methods or commercial dishwashers.

Maintain clean kitchen floors, counters, walls, garbage disposal areas, and food preparation surfaces.

Regularly empty trash, recycling, and compost bins, ensuring proper disposal practices.

Perform deep cleaning tasks for heavy kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, ventilation hoods) as scheduled.
