Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait is hiring for a telecom engineering role focused on operating and maintaining Sites equipment, BSS/RAN elements, and power systems. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable voice and data services in line with SLAs.

The role involves network monitoring, performance evaluation, audits, and documentation updates to support business continuity. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 1-2 years of related experience are required, with strong English and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with appropriate registration through a recognised professional institute.
• 1-2 yrs for Eng.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for Power, Air Conditioning, and BSS/RAN network elements, escalating complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as required.
• Monitor network health, fault alarms, customer complaints, and Trouble Tickets (TTs), and support timely fault investigation and resolution within SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance and operational support for servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for BSS/RAN, MW, repeater, power, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in health checks, audits, backups, and performance reviews of BSS/RAN elements (2G/4G/5G).
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure maintenance activities follow procedures and windows.
