Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait is seeking a Junior Engineer in Technical Project Management to oversee multiple projects within scope, schedule, cost and quality constraints. You will coordinate professional staff, ensure SDLC processes are followed and drive stakeholder communications across a dynamic telecom environment.

The role requires 2+ years in project management, strong English, and the ability to work in a multicultural, multinational team. Kuwait City on‑site role with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant project management experience.
• Basic knowledge project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Telecom industry would be an advantage.
• Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
• Good knowledge of applications like Microsoft Project, MS Visio & MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recognize the project’s Key Success Indicators and manage the work within scope, resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Coordinate project management activities and ensure plans are updated and tracked.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, budgets and status reports.
• Liaise with sponsors, owners and vendors to ensure requirements and milestones are met.
• Apply agile/Dev‑Ops practices to CRs and product delivery where applicable.
