Digitus_Group is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise telecom civil works, including tower foundations and site infrastructure, across multiple project sites in Kuwait. The role requires traveling to various locations and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Applicants should have a civil engineering degree and 3–5 years in telecom construction, with strong drawing interpretation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom civil construction.
• Experience in telecom tower foundations and site infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical report preparation.
• Ability to travel independently to multiple project sites.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise telecom civil works including tower foundations precast installation equipment plinths fencing cable trenching earthing and related civil works.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical site issues.
• Monitor project progress workmanship measurements materials and manpower.
• Prepare daily progress reports work schedules and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
• Support project handover snag rectification and client acceptance activities.
• Manage multiple project sites and provide timely progress updates.
