Job summary

System Development Project Management (SDPM) is seeking a motivated Jr. Architect in Kuwait with more than 3 years of architectural design and site supervision experience.

You will support senior architects on commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, coordinating with teams and authorities to ensure quality and compliance. The role emphasizes design development, documentation, site visits, and tender preparation, with responsibilities across coordination and review duties within

Qualifications

• Residency in Kuwait is required.
• More than 3 years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, or construction supervision.
• Relevant site experience in architectural works and construction supervision.
• Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architect in design reviews, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and project reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities as required.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, design development stages, and the preparation of tender documents.
• Support the team in ensuring adherence to project standards, codes, and client requirements.
