Qualifications

• Residency in Kuwait is required.
• More than 3 years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, or construction supervision.
• Relevant site experience in architectural works and construction supervision.
• Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architect in design reviews, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and project reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities as required.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, design development stages, and the preparation of tender documents.
• Support the team in ensuring adherence to project standards, codes, and client requirements.

The selected candidate will support senior architect across various stages of ongoing projects in Kuwait, including commercial complexes, residential buildings and villas, infrastructure works, and other projects.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• More than 3 years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, or construction supervision.
• Relevant site experience in architectural works and construction supervision.
• Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Basic understanding of Kuwait Municipality regulations and international codes is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
