General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a JOPES Specialist to support USARCENT and USCENTCOM deployment planning, redeployment, and contingencies.

You will provide expertise in force deployment data, JOPES databases, and movement planning, coordinating with joint planning teams across theaters. The role requires advanced knowledge of JOPES, GCCS, TC-AIMS II, and related systems, with security clearance, willingness to deploy to USCENTCOM AOR, and strong briefing skills for

Formación

• Minimum of five (6) years of experience in operational planning, contingency planning, deployment operations, or joint staff environments.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience using JOPES and developing, refining, updating, and managing TPFDD data.
• Experience supporting deployment, redeployment, force flow, and contingency operations within a Joint environment.
• Experience developing military planning products, including CONOPs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, staff estimates, and annexes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with: JOPES; GCCS; AGCCS; COMPASS; TC-AIMS II; TC-ACCIS; JFRG II; ITD/GMCC or related ITV systems; CAMPS; DTN; SMS; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough understanding of Joint planning processes and strategic deployment planning.
• Working knowledge of force structure, Joint and Army organizations, missions, and functions.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, coordination, and execution of operational plans, concepts of operations (CONOPs), operation orders (OPORDs), fragmentary orders (FRAGOs), staff estimates, annexes, and related planning documents.
• Assist in analyzing mission requirements and resource taskings to develop, adapt, and implement deployment and redeployment plans.
• Participate as a member of Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and support Operational Planning Groups (OPGs) throughout the planning process.
• Provide operational and technical JOPES expertise supporting real-world operations, contingency planning, and military exercises.
