Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent and 6 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of transportation, distribution, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in convoy operations, movement control, and transportation documentation.
• Proficiency with LIS systems including LOADOUT, IGC, JCM, GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II, and MTS.
• Knowledge of HAZMAT certification and handling requirements.
• Active U.S. SECRET clearance.
• Valid U.S. passport and 2+ years validity with 4 blank pages.
• Ability to deploy to Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, or other areas.
• Valid US and Host Nation driver's license.
• Forklift certification for required MHE equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors transportation movements and scheduled distribution activities.
• Supports analysis, planning, and coordination of provisioning, maintenance, and repair.
• Conducts convoy briefings, staging area management, and safety briefings.
• Inputs and closes movement data in TC-AIMS II, MTS, BCS3, and other systems.
• Tracks convoys and retrieves reports from Movement Control Teams (MCTs).
• Maintains historical transportation records and creates circulation overlays.
• Analyses freight cost performance and assists with sourcing carriers.
• Ensures HAZMAT documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Leads cargo convoys, oversees blocking/packing/tying down operations.
• Maintains ITV using RFID and DoW systems; participates in movement boards.
