Job summary

Dusk in Salwā', HA, Kuwait, is seeking an IT Administrator to join the school IT team and manage day-to-day IT operations, LMS, ERP support, and digital coordination.

The successful candidate will ensure IT systems are secure, available, and well-documented, while assisting with social media content and educational technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computer Hardware & Networking or related field.
• Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with LMS, ERP/SIS, Google Workspace or similar educational platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure: computers, network, Wi-Fi, printers, servers.
• Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Manage LMS and ERP/SIS systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with CCTV, access control, attendance systems, and other school tech.
• Maintain IT inventory, backups, and documentation.
• Support social media platforms and basic content creation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Administrator to join our school IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for day-to-day IT operations but also for supporting the school’s LMS, ERP systems, social media platforms, and digital coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s computers, network, Wi-Fi, printers, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and provide support for the school’s LMS and ERP/SIS systems.
• Coordinate with LMS/ERP vendors and follow up on technical issues and integrations.
• Assist with user accounts, system access, data updates, and basic system administration.
• Support school digital platforms and educational technology.
• Handle and coordinate the school’s social media platforms, including content posting and basic content management.
• Assist with basic graphic design, photo editing, and video editing for school communications and social media.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding IT requirements, digital systems, events, and technology-related activities.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, backups, and documentation.
• Assist with CCTV, access control, attendance systems, and other school technology systems.
• Ensure IT systems are maintained, secure, and available for daily school operations.
• Perform other IT and technology-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in IT / Computer Hardware & Networking or a related field.
• Cisco certification(s) such as CCNA is preferred.
• Microsoft certification(s) such as Microsoft Certified credentials is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with LMS, ERP/SIS, Google Workspace, or similar educational platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a school environment.
• Basic knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a school or educational institution is highly preferred, particularly with school management systems, LMS platforms, ERP/SIS, networking, and educational technology. This is a multi-functional IT position requiring the candidate to support the school’s IT infrastructure, digital platforms, LMS/ERP systems, social media, and technology coordination activities.

Pay & Work Location

Pay: KD250.000 - KD450.000 per month Work Location: In person
