Job summary

High Street Resources (HSR) is seeking an Investment Analyst to assist the CIO in overseeing a diversified, multi‑asset portfolio. You will perform research, financial analysis, and due diligence across public and private markets, supporting senior leadership in evaluation and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or related discipline.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, investment research and analytical capabilities.
Understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, investment performance and risk assessment.
Exposure to multi-asset portfolios and alternative investments is advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal and AI-powered research tools.
CFA Level I or above preferred; CAIA or related qualifications advantageous.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
High standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Conduct investment research, financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence across public and private markets.
Evaluate investment opportunities, external fund managers, and investment strategies.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
Assess investment performance, exposures, terms, and alignment with objectives.
Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, liquidity, and risk.
Support portfolio construction, rebalancing decisions and capital tracking.
Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Analyze returns, attribution, benchmarks, and risk metrics.
Maintain investment data and support reporting systems.
Coordinate with banks, custodians, managers, and administrators.
Prepare memoranda, due diligence reports, and presentations.
Support activities from evaluation to execution and monitoring.
Assist with compliance monitoring against policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
