The role requires leadership to train staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing dishes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate other kitchen staff.
