Job summary

ByteGrid Talent Services is seeking an experienced Indian Chef for a restaurant in Al-Kuwait. You will lead the kitchen, plan and prepare traditional Indian dishes, and introduce innovative flavours to the menu.

The role requires strong leadership, presentation of high-quality dishes, and the ability to train kitchen staff. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Salary is 1500$ per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.

Indian Chef

Our restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes, as well as innovating and introducing new flavours to our menu. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and training other kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create and execute new dishes while maintaining consistency with traditional flavours
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen operations

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (open to all nationalities)
