OasisConstruct UAE is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our kitchen in Al-Kuwait. You will prepare traditional Indian dishes, manage plating, and ensure consistent quality while adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be of Indian nationality with a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Chef preferably in an Indian restaurant
• Must have excellent knowledge of spices and ingredients used in Indian cooking
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Must have knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to recipes or customer requests
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented according to established standards
• Monitor food stock levels and inform management when supplies are running low
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean organized and sanitized at all times
• Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes as needed
• Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items that incorporate traditional Indian flavors
• Follow all food safety standards and procedures while handling preparing storing and serving food

Salary

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance paid vacation time and opportunities for career growth within our company.
