Tanqeeb is seeking an In-House Collection Specialist in Kuwait City to lead daily soft collection activities and manage junior collectors. You will supervise autopay updates, ticket processing, and escalations while driving process improvements.

Strong leadership, Arabic/English communication, and finance analytics are essential. You will mentor juniors, coordinate with agencies, and report on KPIs to optimize debt recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, BI/Data Analysis or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily soft collection calls and processes.
• Oversee autopay customer profile updates and ticket handling.
• Coach in-house juniors on collection activities and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with agencies and legal firms on escalated cases.
• Establish and review KPIs; monitor debt collection and performance reports.
