Job summary

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is seeking a Collections Specialist based in Safat, Kuwait, to manage field collections, credit control, and dispute resolution. You will monitor customer accounts, coordinate with Sales, and ensure timely collections while maintaining strong customer service.

70% of duties involve field activities, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and knowledge of billing processes are required for effective performance in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume corporate field collections experience is required.
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures is needed.
• Accounts Receivable experience is needed.
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and prior work experience in Kuwait is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing collection activities and credit control, improving invoicing efficiency, and supporting dispute resolution with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Responsible for collections and for monitoring and maintaining assigned customer accounts through follow-ups, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Perform other assigned tasks to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
• Effectively communicate and follow up with the Sales team regarding customer accounts to ensure timely collection and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain collection forecasts and monitor Accounts Receivable performance against targets.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and sales.

Play a key role in executing KONE’s customer credit management activities.
