Job summary

Al Naseem Pro Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Air Purification Repair and Maintenance Company. is seeking experienced HVAC technicians specializing in commercial rack refrigeration systems for Kuwait.

You will install, service, maintain, and repair centralised rack systems in supermarket environments. The role requires hands‑on rack system expertise, and the candidate should be able to troubleshoot compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigeration circuits.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience in commercial rack system refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of multiple compressors connected to a centralised rack.
• Experience with supermarket/commercial refrigeration systems.
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot multi-compressor rack refrigeration systems.
• Service compressor racks, evaporators, condensers, and refrigeration circuits.
• Diagnose refrigerant pressure, temperature, and system performance issues.
• Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration controls and basic electrical systems.
• Maintain refrigeration systems serving display cabinets, cold rooms, freezers, and supermarket refrigeration.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

HVAC Technician Rack System Refrigeration

Company: Al Naseem Pro Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Air Purification Repair and Maintenance Company.

Location: Kuwait.

Salary: 250 KWD/month.
Duty: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week.
Benefits: Accommodation + Transportation provided.

Job Overview:

Al Naseem Pro is seeking experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians specialising in commercial rack refrigeration systems.

The technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centralised refrigeration rack systems used in commercial and supermarket environments.

Key Requirement:

Commercial Rack Refrigeration experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot multi-compressor rack refrigeration systems.
