Job summary

IFFCO Kuwait is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, policy administration, and program development. You will manage HRIS data, benefits and payroll, while guiding recruitment, onboarding and training to support a growing FMCG-focused workforce.

The role requires leadership in performance management, employee relations, and manpower planning. Strong collaboration with line managers and a clear understanding of Kuwait labor practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Lead performance management cycles with line managers.
• Facilitate recruitment plans and processes.
• Plan cost-effective employee engagement activities.
• Onboard new joiners with orientation support.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records (attendance, leaves, OT).
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Administer payroll and related MIS.
• Resolve employee and department grievances.
• Conduct manpower planning annually with managers.
