Job summary

IFFCO Group in Kuwait is seeking an experienced HR professional to drive people-centric initiatives across operations, recruitment, performance management and onboarding. This role covers HRIS, payroll administration, policy implementation and engagement activities to support growth in our FMCG business.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in FMCG HR, an MBA in HR, and strong business acumen, communication, and planning skills to align HR strategy with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of FMCG HR experience.
• MBA in HR from a reputed university or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• HR operations and day-to-day staff support.
• Lead performance management cycle with line managers.
• Facilitate recruitment planning and hiring.
• Plan employee engagement activities.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain HRIS records (attendance, leave, overtime).
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Administer payroll and HR MIS.
• Handle employee grievances.
• Manpower planning with managers.
• Monitor KPIs for HR operations, recruitment, diversity, training, HRIS adoption, attrition, succession, budgeting, governance.

Responsibilities:

• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
• HR Operations - Day-to-Day operations essential to meeting the needs of our employees.
• Performance Management – Spearhead the performance management cycle for the unit in conjunction with all line managers.
• Recruitment – Facilitate recruitment plan and recruitment.
• Employee engagement – Plan and roll out cost-effective employee engagement activities.
• Orientation and On Boarding – Orientation plan for all new joiners, providing support in onboarding for new hire.
• HRIS – Maintain timely and accurate records of staff, such as attendance, leave records & overtime.
• HR Policies and Procedures – Ensure adherence to Corporate HR policies and clarify HR policies & procedures to staff.
• Benefits and Administration – Administration of payroll and its MIS.
• Grievance Handling – Resolving all disputes among employees/departments.
• Manpower Planning – Manpower planning each year for the units in conjunction with all line managers.
• KPIs: HR Operations, Recruitment OTR, Cost and diversity, Organizational training & development, HRIS adoption, attrition, Succession coverage, Budgeting and cost management, HR governance and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years relevant experience in FMCG.
• MBA in HR from reputed university or any equivalent degree.
