Work standard in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement effective HR policies aligned with company objectives. You will drive strategic plans to improve performance and lead recruiting, training, benefits administration, and employee relations.

The role requires knowledge of employment law and strong leadership. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR or related management roles, a Bachelor’s in HR preferred, and excellent communication skills.
