• Support management with handling HR issues and policy guidance.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for legal compliance and standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files (interview docs, I-9s).
• Answer questions from employees and management about HR programs and policies.
• Develop positive working relationships and coach employees as needed.
