Job summary

Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown Hotel is seeking a Colleagues Facilities Attendant to keep company-provided accommodation safe, clean and welcoming for colleagues.

You will clean, prepare units for new arrivals, perform routine maintenance, report issues and support a sense of community while following hygiene and safety protocols.

This on-site role requires a courteous demeanor and dedication to environmentally friendly practices in line with EH&S policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of accommodation facilities.
• Ensure that all accommodation areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist colleagues with inquiries and requests related to accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with the accommodation management team to ensure colleagues' needs are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to identify and address issues.
• Assist in ensuring security and safety measures are in place and followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a sense of community within accommodation facilities.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols when performing duties.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
