Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City is seeking a friendly Recreation Associate to support guest enjoyment of our on-site facilities including pools, fitness center, and activity zones. You will inform guests of available programs, register participants, and help coordinate private events.

The role requires CPR and First Aid certifications, a high school diploma, and a customer-focused approach. You will maintain clean facilities, handle POS transactions, and report safety issues promptly to

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certifications required.
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of recreation facilities and safety procedures preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist guests as needed.

Responsibilities

Inform guests about available recreation facilities and programs.
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for activities.
Provide cashier services for rentals, activities, or retail items when applicable.
Promote safety rules and ensure guest welfare in all facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of recreation facilities and equipment.
Assist with private events and group activities in recreation spaces.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
