Job summary

Nafas Space is seeking an Operations Lead to own on-site operations, from client welcome to session room setup, ensuring flawless service and exact equipment placement. You will manage bookings in the CRM, oversee payments, and supervise reception and cleaning staff to uphold Nafas standards.

Reporting to the Strategic Director, you will be the on-the-ground backbone, keeping the space immaculate, organized, and ready for premium wellness, exhibition, and conference activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, hospitality, high-end retail, or clinic management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Tech-savvy with CRM Zoho, Excel, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground operations from client arrival to session room setup.
• Manage daily bookings, scheduling, and payments in the CRM/Booking system.
• Direct receptionists and cleaning staff; ensure adherence to Nafas SOPs.
• Maintain facility standards: cleanliness, temperature, and ambiance.
