Job summary

Azadea Group in Kuwait is seeking a friendly, customer-focused service professional to join our hospitality team. You will present customers, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and barista staff, arranging table setups, and reporting discrepancies or complaints to the Manager on duty. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Present customers with the menu, assist in selections, take orders and serve meals promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Arrange table set-ups before and after each guest according to brand standards.
• Ensure friendly, professional service at all times and report any discrepancies to the Manager on duty.
• Process payments and hand over to the cashier.
