Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and win new business across customers, channels, and market segments.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales, revenue, and NNS targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, increasing share of business through cross-selling.
• Conduct regular customer visits, understand customer needs, and develop value-based proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in C4C, ensuring forecast accuracy and sales process compliance.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer value with company profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and professional standards.
