Job summary

V2X is seeking a Task Order Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of all program functions across the INDO-Pacific / CENTCOM Regions. You will own problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of the program forward, with budget and profit/loss responsibility and alignment to the Customer and V2X goals.

The role requires extensive program management experience, strong collaboration and KPI reporting, supervision of multiple departments, and liaison with government contracting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related project management experience.
• Five years specialized experience in operating administrative or managerial activities in a type of work for a combination of logistical functions directly related to industrial operations.
• Specialized areas of experience include logistics support in supply, maintenance and transportation, and related financial management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program areas of Project Management, Logistics, Contracts, Finance, and Contracts.
• Develops, maintains, and reports performance metrics to measure execution of the SOW and IDIQ Task Orders.
• Directs and approves contract modifications and budget/cost controls.
• Interface with Government contracting authorities and manage communications with prime contractor leadership.
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and CFR-compliant operational practices across departments.
• Supervise and evaluate personnel performance and program outputs.
