Job summary

V2X is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts Administrator to manage and administer subcontracts and purchase orders within CONUS/OCONUS, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and alignment with corporate policies.

You will draft RFPs, analyze cost data, negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance, and support audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect V2X's legal and financial interests.

Qualifications

• Ten years of contract/subcontract administration experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FAR, DoD FAR Supplement, and related supplements.
• Experience with CONUS/OCONUS US Federal Government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers, issue RFPs and evaluate proposals.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure terms are met.
• Draft subcontract documents and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and audits.
