Job summary

Calo Inc. in Kuwait is seeking a role to portion meals for customers using our technology, ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for deliveries.

You will maintain high standards of hygiene, quality and consistency, and collaborate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure a top-notch customer experience with every order.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably fast food.
• Holds high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility.
• Proficient communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Portion meals for every order on time before deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Role Overview

To portion meals for our customers using our technology - ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out
• Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience
• Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards

Qualifications And Requirements

• Must have at least 1–2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food
• Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility
• Must be a proficient communicator in English
• Has good communication skills
• Knowledge in food safety is a plus
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait
